General terms and conditions of business for online ordering

1. General By accessing and using the Raging Salads online ordering platform, you agree to comply with the following terms. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.

2. Ordering Process All orders must be placed through our website or mobile app. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details provided during the order process are accurate, including delivery information, contact details, and item selection.

3. Payment Payments must be made at the time of order through available methods such as credit/debit cards or other online payment gateways. We use secure third-party services to handle payments, and you agree to the terms of those services. Raging Salads does not store payment details.

4. Delivery We aim to deliver orders within the estimated time frame provided at checkout. However, delivery times are subject to conditions such as traffic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. Raging Salads is not liable for delays beyond our control.

5. Order Modification and Cancellation You may cancel or modify your order within 5 minutes of placement by contacting our customer service. After this period, the order is considered final, and no changes will be made. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.

6. Refunds and Returns Refunds are only offered for orders that contain incorrect or missing items. You must notify us within 30 minutes of receiving your order, and we may request proof (such as photos) of the incorrect delivery.

7.
